August 03, 2003: The Arrival

Well, she's finally here. After 41 weeks (including 12 hours of light labor at home, 33 hours of labor in the hospital and over 2 hours of pushing), Veronika Therese Souzek was born on August 3rd, 2003 at 2:47 a.m., weighing 8 lbs 6 oz (3.81 kg) and 21.5" (54.61 cm) long.
